Ohio State University's Billy Ireland Cartoon Library and Museum opened its new, bigger-and-better-than-most-in-the-world location in November. It's gotten international buzz for its collection of 300,000 original cartoons, 2.5 million comic-strip clippings, myriad comic-book serials and much more. You and your child can get a behind-the-scenes, interactive look at the museum and library; tours are tailored for various age groups and interests. Some rules: The museum requires at least three weeks' advance notice of your tour, and kids ages 13 or younger must have one adult per 10 children. The line's dresses, available in sizes 2/3, 4/5 and 6/7, will debut in New York in March 2014. Locally, the Silver Spoon in Dublin and other boutiques will host Sweet Cottontail trunk shows….
