Ohio Sweet Corn Elotes at Skillet

Skillet is doing a can't-miss seasonal appetizer right now -- Ohio Sweet Corn Elotes, a local take on Mexican-style street corn. It's grilled corn on the cob doctored up with goodies like butter, salt, chili powder, lime juice and Kokoborrego sheep's milk cheese shavings. Squeeze on some more lime and chow down.
These are fantastically messy, and you WILL end up with greasy butter lips, and possibly some elote debris on your shirt or in your hair. But that's just part of the fun of eating them (although I would recommend avoiding these on a first-date situation).
