Aug. 15, 2012: If you’ve ever indulged in Hubbard Grille’s decadent buttermilk fried chicken, then you appreciate the glories of eating meat sourced straight from an Ohio farm. That’s why we were thrilled to toast our August issue, centered on farm-to-plate dining, with a party at the Short North restaurant. Crave subscribers got to enjoy a spread of seasonal appetizers, including three-cheese spinach dip, spicy calamari and Hubbard’s famous housemade cornbread with lavender-infused butter.
