New Dips from the Chef Behind Darista Cafe

We fell in love with Dara Schwartz's vibrant, globally-inspired cuisine at her Hills Market pop-up, Darista Cafe. Now, on her way to opening a full-service restaurant, Schwartz has unveiled a line of bold dips (8 ounces/$4.29; 16 ounces/$6.99) available at The Hills, Greener Grocer and Clintonville Community Market.
Here's what she's dishing up:
Moroccan Carrot Dip
A little sweet, a little spicy is the best way to describe this ode to Morocco. Roasted carrots and toasted coriander seeds serve as the base, while the true punch comes from wonderfully hot Tunisian harissa.
Roasted Beet Hummus
There's nothing subtle about this dip, from color to flavor. Its full, sweet roasted-beet flavor gets a creamy texture from pureed chickpeas and a touch of lemon adds a bright finish.
Garlicky Kale Yogurt Dip
Created as a way to use up leftover kale, this creamy dipper blends rich Snowville Creamery yogurt with kale, garlic and Honeyrun Farm honey for a touch of sweetness.
