Dan Zanes & Friends

Former Del Fuegos rocker Dan Zanes returns to Columbus for a funky, family-friendly concert. Known for incorporating music as culturally diverse as contemporary Spanish salsa and old English maritime tunes, Zanes performs with a local Columbus band and finishes off the concert with one of his famous dance parties. Race for the Cure in Columbus

The Komen Columbus Race for the Cure is a 5K run, a 5K walk, and a 1 mile Family Fun Run to benefit Breast Cancer research, treatment, education and screening. The race is on Saturday, May 16 at 8 a.m. and starts at the corner of Broad and Front Streets. To register for the race, go to
