Here's a quick look at the tentative plans for Wonderland.

Artist studio space, shared workshops and a gallery

The Columbus Idea Foundry, a community workshop in southeast Columbus, has expressed interest in relocating to Wonderland, Brouillette said

Performance arts groups will likely share the stage slated for concerts

Rates will be similar to comparable spaces - at Junctionview Studios, rent is about 55 cents to 60 cents a square foot, Brouillette said

24-hour soundproofed rehearsal spaces with a projected price range comparable to local self-serve warehouse space, around $200-$500 a month

State-of-the-art recording studio

Midsize performance venue wired for live recording

Shops along N. Fourth Street with exterior and interior storefronts

Regular hours set by an association of shopkeepers

Shared retail spaces and/or areas doubling as production studios

Rates lower than those on High Street in the Short North - which Quinn says average around $25-$27 a square foot

Sandbox Columbus will relocate from the Short North to Wonderland, likely on the second floor

Shared access to conference rooms, office supplies, Wi-Fi, etc.

Pricing comparable to current Sandbox rates: unlimited desk access for $375 a month, part-time access for $225, day pass for $25
