No Woman, No Cry

It's a scary statistic: Up to 15 percent of pregnant women are at risk during their pregnancies for serious complications and even death. Those who live in poor countries suffer even more due to a lack of consistent healthcare.

To help raise awareness about maternal mortality, model Christy Turlington Burns directed a documentary entitled "No Women No Cry." And Ohio State's Mershen Auditorium will be hosting a free screening of the film April 13 at 7 p.m.

In addition to the documentary, a panel of experts, including local doctors and Burns herself, will be at the event to discuss the film and issue.
