Jeni's royal ice creams

Shelley Mann, Columbus Alive

Didn't get your invite to the royal wedding? Yeah, me neither. But you can join in on the fun from your own couch by indulging in the newest ice cream flavors from Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams.

Jeni's created a special collection of ice creams inspired by the wedding, from the actual wedding cake that'll be served to Prince William's specially requested groom's cake. You can order pints of all four online only for $60. You've gotta order by 2 p.m. Wednesday to get these by the wedding day, but they'll also be available through Mother's Day.

Here's the lineup, from jenisicecreams.com

Prince William's Chocolate Biscuit Groom's Cake: Dark chocolate ice cream and rich butter biscuits soaked in Brit-favorite Lyle's Golden Syrup, with a sprinkle of sea salt. (Wills is said to have loved chocolate biscuit cake as a kid.) Eton Mess: Inspired by Prince William's alma mater, Eton College, a "royal mess of hand-layered vanilla cream, strawberry sorbet, and raspberry sauce studded with hand-piped meringue stars."

The Royal Wedding Cake: molasses ice cream with brandied raisins, dates, and crushed pineapple, rounded out with lemon zest, walnuts, and traditional spices. The wedding cake itself, designed by Kate Middleton, won't be unveiled til the big day, but baker Fiona Cairns did share these ingredients with the press.

White Stilton on Toast with Champagne-soaked Bilberries: Stilton cheese with brown bread crumbs and Champagne-soaked bilberries (like blueberries)
