There's still time for your children to experience the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department's "4 Day Art & Play" program.

The free, four-day program focuses on sports and art. It's open to any child aged 6 or older, to any family that has a Leisure Card through the city of Columbus (the city requires the card for admission to its pools and rec centers so most people who are active in the city rec department already have them).

The parks department hosts the program, which includes activities ranging from group art projects to a climbing wall to obstacle courses, travels to various Columbus locations during the summer.

Registration is daily from 9 to 9:15 a.m. at the park.

Event: 4 Day Art & Play Place: Strawberry Farms, 3591 Watt Road, Columbus Time: 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Date: July 25 to July 28

Place: Riverbend Park, 1609 Bluhm Road, Columbus Time: 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Date: Aug. 1 to Aug. 4
