The Short North knows how to put on a party-especially come Halloween. HighBall Halloween is Friday, Oct. 28, and incorporates art and design into the coveted fall holiday. Come in creative duds and enter the costume contest, where winners can receive great prizes and swag bags. A must-see is the Costume Couture Fashion Showdown, where local designers create costumes for a runway show and vie for the $1,000 prize and top honor.
