We're happy to announce that another adaptive toy library has opened in the area! You may remember our articles last year in Columbus Parent and in the Columbus Dispatch about these wonderful resources for children with special needs. Last Saturday, another library opened and it's based at the Easter Seals Central and Southeast Ohio facility in Hilliard (3830 Trueman Court).

It's called Katelyn's Kloset. Now, this one does require paying a membership fee ($50 per year or $30 per six-month membership), but it's got 200 toys and 50 capability switches already, and they're hoping to add more.

The library is open on Saturdays from 10 a.m.-12 noon, but you can also check out their online catalog of toys and then pick up or return toys anytime Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You can also make an appointment to visit at other times by sending an email to appt@katelynskrusade.org.
