The Library Store is back! One of our favorite nonprofit shops has been renovated and is now reopening at the Columbus Metropolitan Library's Main Library (96 S. Grant Ave. in downtown Columbus). To celebrate, they're offering special sales, promotions and giveaways this week (through Saturday, June 21).

Run by the Friends of the Library, the enhanced Library Store space is lighter, brighter and more welcoming for all visitors including thosewith strollers or wheelchairs. The store sells library, literary and reading-related merchandise, making the store the go-to gift place for readers and library fans.

There is a large selection of baby and children's books, toys, gifts and clothing sure to have our youngest CML fans eager to read. (We've seen some pretty nifty new merchandise including ladies' tees "stamped" with due dates: very nerd chic!)

The Library Store is located inside Main Library's north entrance and is open Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; andSunday 1 to 4 p.m.
