CENTENNIAL, Colo. (AP) — Attorneys have concluded what could be the next-to-last day of jury selection in the Colorado theater shooting case.

The judge in the case says a jury could be seated as soon as Tuesday in the trial of James Holmes, who has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity in the July 20, 2012, attack that killed 12 people and wounded 70.

Nineteen people were dismissed on Monday, reducing the pool of prospects to 93.

That's down from about 9,000 prospective jurors court officials initially summoned nearly three months ago.
