A sure sign that autumn is coming: The Dispatch Home & Garden Show takes place this Friday through Sunday at the Ohio Expo Center! And it will be a packed house, as always, with garden displays, vendor deals, home & garden expert panels and speakers and great giveaways (free flower bulbs, a "She Shed" valued at $15K and OSU football tickets).

Show hours are 10 a.m.-9 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday. Parking costs $5 (cash only) and admission is $6 at the door (but you can also score complimentary tickets at area Lowe's stores).

Saturday especially will be great for kids: They're going to have a building project from Lowe's to work on, face painting in the DeMonye's Greenhouse pumpkin patch, visits from Iron Man, Captain America, Santa (!) and the Columbus Zoo Animals, plus much more!
