Want to look and feel your best for your wedding day? Cycle614 in Grandview has a fun Wedding Wheels program for those who want to try fitness cycling. "We have the ultimate cardio party in town," says Cycle614 co-owner Demi Tsapatsaris. "The Wedding Wheels program is not about losing weight. It's about what our studio stands for and the fitness community. It's getting ready for the big day." The program, which features one month of unlimited rides ($169) or three months of unlimited rides ($399), also includes a complimentary ride for your bridal party.

If you've never taken a Cycle614 cycling class before (the studio is almost a year old), here's what you need to know: You typically burn 500 calories during the 45-minute session, and you spin in the dark under a black light and a disco ball. Plus, you reserve your bike ahead of time through an online system, which also helps you track your stats from class to class. Beat boards in the cycling room show your bike number, RPMs, power and total energy. Following the ride, all the stats are emailed to you.

"It's so non-intimidating," Tsapatsaris says. "I feel the biggest part of preparing for your walk down the aisle is to have the support of looking and feeling your best."
