The Ohio Center for Jaw and Facial Surgery will open the doors to their Pickerington practice for those in need of dental extractions this Saturday, Sept. 19 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

"Extractions on the House" started in 2009 as a way to give back to the community. Dr. Mauraj Bath, his associates and volunteers have served hundreds of people since then.

The center (which is also known as the Pickerington Manor Jaw and Facial Surgery) is located at 1575 Cross Creeks Blvd, just off of Hill Road/Route 256, in Pickerington.

Prospective patients are seen on a first come, first-served basis and reportedly lines have formed as early as 6 a.m. in the past.

Prospective patients are encouraged to fill out paperwork/medical history in advance if they have online access by visiting www.pmjfs.com. However, patients without computer access should not be discouraged. Paperwork can be filled out onsite at the event. Please bring a government issued ID. If a patient is under 18 years of age, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Patients will be seen promptly starting at 8 a.m. Due to the popularity of this program, prior appointments are not available. Neither sedation nor prescription medications will be administered. Procedures will be performed under local anesthetic.
