Real Wedding Wednesdays: Marci Rockwell and Andy Engardio

Emma Frankart Henterly

First, a very happy (albeit belated) anniversary wish goes out to Marci and Andy Engardio, who celebrated one year of marriage on Sunday, March 19!

Their wedding ceremony was officiated by their best friend, who wrote a “very personalized ceremony speech,” Marci says.

Marci and Andy met at their CrossFit gym, and became engaged in what Marci calls a “simple, sweet and perfect” proposal. On their way out to a dinner date, Marci turned around to see Andy “down on bended knee, asking me to spend the rest of my life with him.”

For Marci, the most memorable part of the wedding day was taking photos with the bridal party. “We went to our favorite locations around Downtown and German Village by limo and had a blast,” she says. Some of those photos were taken right in the Engardios’ German Village living room, where the whole adventure began.
