The dining room at Katzinger's Delicatessen, 475 S. Third St. in Columbus, was sectioned off from customers March 17. Gov. Mike DeWine had ordered restaurants to prohibit dine-in services but allow for carryout and delivery in an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
