Last week, most of the 28 members of the Central Ohio Film Critics Association, known as COFCA (commonly pronounced like the Czech author's name), sat down to name the winners in our annual awards ceremony.

Nothing too fancy - a couple tables at Barley's and some impassioned movie talk -but this year bore some interesting selections in many categories like "Best Films," "Best Breakthrough Performance" and "Best Score."

For more on the group and its picks, you can hear me, Melissa and group founder Mark Pfeiffer talk in the Deep Focus podcast here.
