Wow. Sorry Rosebuds, I barely watched your concert last night at Little Brother's because despite the wonderful sounds you were making, King James was putting on the greatest show on Earth. I'm going to have the same problem with the Moviola show against Game 6 Saturday night. Sheesh.

Anyway...

Pam Beesley only rakes in $23K a year? For shame! (Annie Barrett's thoughts on the matter.)

With Tortoise coming to town soon, it seems like a good time to look at the Top 10 postrock albums, though you'll probably find plenty to complain about on this list (and watch out for that tangled prose, kids!)

In which Idolator tries to spin Stewart Copeland's words into what they're not.

Gorilla Vs. Bear posted its favorite mp3s and videos from May. (It's June already. Damn.)

A load of Knocked Up stuff and more after the jump...

I'm always up for another James Murphy interview. The LCD Soundsystem disc remains my favorite of the year so far. (By the way, should I also feel out of touch for not knowing who Scroobius Pip is?

Columbus music institution Will Foster popped up in Spin this month.

Springfield, Minnesota is stupid.

Looks like I'm not the only one still clinging to the vapors of Lost. TV Squad revisits the highlights and lowlights of Season 3.

Lastly, ladies and gentlemen, your spelling bee champion.

I'll be back later with music picks.
