What To Do Tonight: Where drugs and Full House intersect
It being Monday, most people stay in, so of course there are a lot of worthy TV options to choose from.
Tonight's the night Mary Kate Olsen makes her much-hyped debut on Weeds as Silas' Christian love interest. Judging from last week's summer school lesson about abortion, I have a feeling they're going to be wringing this topic for all it's worth. Let's hope they do something besides a played out "good girl gone bad" or "good girl isn't as good as she acts" storyline. Tune in to Showtime at 10 p.m. for the goods.
ESPN's Monday Night Football has the Eagles and Redskins, which is OK, I guess. I hate the NFC East. Kickoff is at 8:30 p.m.
Fox's action-packed Monday night returns with the season premiere of Prison Break (8 p.m.) and the series premiere of K-Ville (9 p.m.), the drama about cops in post-Katrina New Orleans. I've never gotten into Prison Break, but I'm setting the DVR to at least see what this K-Ville stuff is all about.
Finally, I've been hearing lots of love lately for food critic Anthony Bourdain, whose No Reservations airs tonight at 10 on the Travel Channel. Tune in or set the DVR to see if he fits your taste.
