Those looking for an unbiased, straightforward guide to issues and candidates on the ballot November 6 should check out the Voters Guide published online by The Dispatch.

The page is separate from the paper's website and is available at DispatchPolitics.com.

From Dispatch reporter Mark Fisher:

On Tuesday, Nov. 6, central Ohio voters will elect a host of county and local officeholders and decide on many ballot issues, such as school levies and neighborhood liquor sales. All Ohio voters will see one statewide issue concerning restrictions on adult-entertainment businesses.

For the first time this year, The Dispatch is presenting its Voters Guide on the Web... The traditional printed Voters Guide will appear in the Insight section on Sunday, Nov. 4.

Inside the site you'll find info on:

- Mayoral breakdown - Local, county-specific features for the Columbus Metro Region - School levies and other issues - Columbus City Council candidate comparisons - An election toolkit for registration and other paperwork - Issue 1, the strip-club referendum

Other topics, including those affecting residents statewide, are also included on what looks to be the helpful clearinghouse many have been wanting for some time.
