Got some interesting news about Jimmy Fallon's house band, formerly known as The Roots, and their upcoming music festival held in Philly in June.

"The band will play two sets at the festival, opening and closing the festival. And as Billboard reports, along with Antibalas, they will also back Public Enemy as they do their masterpiece It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back in its entirety."

So dust off your copies of this classic protest album, considered by many to be a top all-time rap record and the pinnacle of Public Enemy's catalog. (Personally, I think Fear of a Black Planet is stronger.) You've probably heard the paranoid "Don't Believe the Hype," but this song embodies how far PE pushed the envelope when it came to inspiring rebellion through music.
