More on the 24 Hours of Mohican

The course was perfect last weekend, hard-packed and fast. The weather cooperated, too, with clear skies and a slight breeze. Still, the 24 Hours of Mohican -- held Saturday at a campground near Loundonville -- was grueling.

If you're not familiar with this bout of endurance mountain biking, the event involves running a 10-mile off-road course as many times as possible in a single day. You can compete with a four-person team or run it solo. Both options are pretty insane.
