What I Ate: Sunday afternoon at Ted's Montana Grill

This is the kind of communion I can give a big "Amen" to -- the Bison Burger, "Chili"style, at Ted's Montana Grill -- it's anointed with melted cheddar, caramelized onions, fresh and fiery jalapenos and baptized in Ted's beany bison chili. Made with lean and mean (and, apparently, low in cholesterol yet high in Omega-3 fatty acids) bison meat, this thing--which I got on an "oatie whole wheat" bun -- is a whole lot healthier than it looks or eats.
