A "Gourmet" farewell feast
Venerable cooking magazine "Gourmet" was shuttered last month, and the folks at The Hills Market are preparing a fond farewell. Starting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, Chef Jennifer Burroway will cook up the entire Thanksgiving spread featured in the final issue of "Gourmet." The 12 recipes will be paired with wine's from the Worthington shop's wine department. Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their favorite "Gourmet" recipes and other "Gourmet" memories to share.
The cost is $35 a person, and reservations are required. Call 614-846-3220.
