The menu includes warm baby brie wrapped in puff pastry and served with port wine syrup, lobster and crayfish bisque with creme fraiche, baked Atlantic salmon with an herbed parmesan crust, beef tenderloin with lump crab, and espresso tiramisu with warm caramel.
