The Hills Market is reviving the Kahiki Supper Club for a single day this Saturday, with food samples, cooking demonstrations, a tiki bar and dinner.

The first leg of Kahiki Day lasts from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., when the market will host free cooking demos and tasting stations.

At 6 p.m. the Hills Market veranda will be transformed into a tiki bar and restaurant. A three-course meal will feature classic items from the dearly departed Polynesian-kitsch eatery, including the Kahiki house salad, teriyaki chicken and Honolulu mahi-mahi. Reservations are required.

The market will also serve three rum drinks from the Kahiki bar menu, using original recipes.
