Best electronic artist of 2010: James Blake

James Blake dropped three EPs in 2010: Klavierwerke EP, CMYK EP and The Bells Sketch. Each was a masterpiece that writhed triumphantly amid samples and subtle tweaks of an electronic artist making something completely unique. Blake combines dubstep, ambient, Houston chopped-and-screwed and acid jazz, though all of those techniques are twisted beyond recognition.

This is straight genius, stuff people will be copping and copying for years. Start with this:
