Mussels in Thai-style coconut milk broth--fragrant and lovely
Lively salad with fresh greens, pears, vanilla vinaigrette, Point Reyes blue cheese and a scene-stealing pumpkin seed brittle
Roasted squash soup--rich and velvety
Hanger steak and trimmings--an elegant touch on a bistro classic
(Not pictured: a parade of clever and delicious flatbreads as the opening course)
