Chicken Dance, or, What I Ate: Fito's

House salad--no big whoop, but OK; shredded lettuce, plus onions and a bit of avocado and a creamy dressing with some punch to it

Half a chicken--note the crispy, spice-rubbed skin (primarily garlic, black pepper and cumin); the meat was juicy, succulent and smoke-scented from Fito's charcoal-fueled commercial rotisserie oven

Biting into this chicharron sandwich had my eyes rolling over, shark-like, in a moment of primal satisfaction

Fito's Peruvian Chicken is a little joint on the OSU campus that specializes in Peruvian chicken--the service ain't particularly on-the-ball yet, but the food I had certainly was.
